Clarins, a global leader in beauty, adopted the Outsystems low-code platform to automate its sales management with a dedicated app for its sales representatives. Developed in partnership with Rokodo, this solution streamlines order management, captures in-store visuals, and strengthens distributor relationships, seamlessly integrating with the global Infor M3 ERP system to ensure smooth, global process management. By leveraging Outsystems, Clarins replaced outdated systems, significantly reducing development costs and timelines. Used by over 350 sales reps, the app has optimized sales and improved distributor management. This solution not only delivered substantial savings but also enhanced the company's agility, increased sales team productivity, and supported revenue growth on a global scale.

Grand Paris Aménagement (GPA), a major player in urban development in Île-de-France, took on a significant challenge: to create a comprehensive digital platform to manage its urban development operations in record time. In 2023, GPA turned to the low-code platform Outsystems to modernize its processes and centralize its data. The result: in just 18 months, a team of 10 people developed the equivalent of an ERP system, enabling process standardization and data centralization, while reducing IT service costs by 40%. This project also earned GPA the Digital Transformation Trophy, recognizing the efficiency and innovation of the project. The project began with an agile design phase, during which an initial application was developed in just 48 hours. The platform was then developed in-house, incorporating Power BI dashboards and a back-office for optimized data management. This solution enabled GPA to establish a standardized data repository and streamline urban development operations. By halving the development time, GPA not only gained efficiency but also enhanced its agility, strengthening its ability to design the cities of tomorrow.

Biogaran, a major player in the generic medicines sector, made significant strides in its digital transformation by adopting the Outsystems low-code platform. In close collaboration with the specialized integrator Rokodo, Biogaran quickly developed a comparator tool for its sales team. A functional prototype (PoC) was completed in just three days, and within eight weeks, a minimum viable product (MVP) was made available to regional managers. This pilot project demonstrated the efficiency of low-code in responding swiftly to business needs. The solution was gradually rolled out to 150 sales representatives, allowing Biogaran to meet an urgent need while reducing development timelines, offering increased flexibility and responsiveness. The tool was quickly profitable, with two pharmacies already converted through its use. Building on these early successes, Biogaran plans to explore additional use cases, including combining low-code with generative AI to enhance data collection and generate commercial summaries, providing better insights into trends and opportunities. According to Biogaran, low-code is a key lever for strengthening agility and accelerating the implementation of future innovative projects.
