May 22, 2026

Suez, a global leader in water and wastemanagement for over 160 years, develops innovative, local solutions to protectnatural resources and improve quality of life. Present in many countries, thecompany combines technical expertise, on-the-ground knowledge, and a tailoredapproach to tackle environmental challenges while generating tangible impactfor clients and communities.

Simulating Impacts on a ComplexNetwork

As part of developing its Medium-TermPlan (MTP), Suez engineers need to simulate exogenous impacts across theirentire network of waste treatment sites. This analysis requirescross-referencing hundreds of complex parameters: operational indicators, regulatoryconstraints, geographic data, and more. Manually consulting multiple sources istime-consuming, repetitive, and error-prone, limiting responsiveness andaccuracy in planning.

A Domain-Specific AI Agent toAccelerate Analysis

To address this challenge, Suez partneredwith Rokodo, a French AI leader and Gold partner of Outsystems, todevelop a domain-specific AI agent. Capable of interpreting natural languagequeries, it quickly detects and analyzes network impacts. Simulated data(adjusted indicators, activity projections) are visualized on an interactivemap, giving engineers a clear, immediate view of the consequences of eachscenario.

Advanced Technology for Precision

The agent is based on a generative GPTmodel, enhanced with Few-Shot Learning fine-tuning. It uses advanced reasoningto accurately calculate impacts, provide reliable and contextualized analyses, and maintain consistency in interactions through intelligent memory management.

Tangible Benefits for Teams

As a result, the MTP updates faster, critical impacts are identified in real time, and data becomes instantlyactionable. This workflow transforms a complex, repetitive process into aninteractive, smooth, and efficient experience. Teams gain a comprehensivestrategic overview, can anticipate risks, and optimize the management of thewaste treatment network with an unprecedented level of precision.
