To respond to waste treatment tenders, Suez partnered with Rokodo, a specialist in enterprise AI solutions, to deploy a business AI agent supporting its sales teams.

The tool automatically filters relevant sites based on geographical, regulatory, operational, and economic criteria and displays them on an interactive map.

The agent is built on a GPT LLM model, enhanced through Few-Shot Learning fine-tuning, capable of transforming natural language into precise queries (“NL to DSL”). It maintains a memory of interactions to support continuous dialogue with the user, ensuring accurate results and fast responses.

This solution enables sales teams to reduce response times for tenders, quickly identify relevant sites, and clearly visualize results on an interactive map. It provides Suez with a clear and precise overview for fast, strategic decisions, while optimizing the efficiency of the tender response process.
