What is your current role, and how do you contribute to projects?

I have been an Outsystems consultant at Rokodo.io for a little over two years.

I mainly work on back-end aspects, while maintaining a strong interest in front-end development.

My specialty?
The integration of complex external technologies, often outside the Outsystems ecosystem: .NET, GraphQL, Python…

I am actively involved in development, can take the lead on certain features, support my colleagues, and play a mentoring role for more junior profiles.

Which clients have you worked with?

I have contributed to projects across a wide range of sectors:

  • Pharmaceutical
  • Public health
  • Cosmetics
  • Performance consulting
  • Civil engineering
  • Temporary staffing
  • Insurance and public procurement

On several of these projects, I had the opportunity to work directly with clients to refine functional requirements and support deployments.

Can you summarize your professional background in a few lines?

Holding a master’s degree in software engineering, I quickly discovered Low-Code technologies and found in Outsystems a platform that is both robust, fast, and technically rich.

Since then, I have continuously explored its capabilities, particularly by integrating advanced components and external tools.

In your opinion, what are the specific characteristics of Low-Code projects compared to more traditional development projects?

Low-Code is, above all, about exceptional execution speed.

But this does not come at the expense of rigor. With Outsystems, it is possible to address highly complex requirements while maintaining a visual, agile, and structured approach.

What I find particularly powerful is the ability to bring technical teams closer to business needs, without sacrificing architectural control or code quality.

What do you particularly appreciate about Low-Code?
  • Development speed
  • The functional richness that can be achieved
  • Application performance, even in complex scenarios
  • Seamless integration of new technologies
  • And of course, teamwork, fast-paced environments, and constant interaction with clients

It’s a stimulating environment in which I truly feel at home.
